About Us

Since our inception in 1998, Q&A Recruiting has strived to provide our clients and candidates with the highest level of service through our direct hire and contract services divisions. Q&A has grown to be the largest and most successful locally-based recruiting firms in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The Dallas Business Journal has consistently ranked Q&A among the top recruiting firms in the DFW area and we are proud of the accomplishments of our people and our organization. We have also been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as "One of the Best Places to Work in Dallas/Fort Worth" in 2006 and 2007.

On July 1, 2007, Q&A Recruiting joined the family of SNI, one of the fastest growing private staffing companies in the country. Q&A's existing management and recruiting teams will remain in tact and will continue to run Q&A's operations. The focus for Q&A will be to continue to expand it's current disciplines throughout the state of Texas. Q&A Recruiting will retain it's name and focus on the placement of Accounting, Finance, Tax, Human Resources, and Information Technology professionals in DFW on both a direct hire and contract basis.
