Our Team
Q&A’s team of professional recruiters is one of the primary reasons why we have been able to offer our clients a higher level of professional service.
| Industry Knowledge |
A large percentage of our recruiters are professionals who have made the transition from being specialists in the industries they service to being recruiters. For example, we have a significant number of CPA’s and accountants from Big 4 firms who now recruit in accounting or finance. We also have several professionals from the I.T field who now focus on information technology recruiting. The majority of our other recruiters come from other national and regional specialized recruiting firms such as Robert Half, K-Force, Lucas Group, Vivare and Glo-Tel. They have in-depth knowledge of what makes people successful in their specific field, and that combined with a vast network of relationships with local contacts in their field allows them to execute searches in the most effective manner possible. |
|
| Technology and Size |
Q&A has been dedicated to technology from its inception. We understand that our ability to quickly match our candidates to the skill sets desired by our clients is the key to our success. With tens of thousands of local candidates in our database it is strategic use of the best available technology in our industry that allows us to outperform our competition. Additionally, with a staff of 40 employees in 5 divisions, Q&A has the resources to dedicate to the necessary research, planning and execution of your search. |
|
| Local Specialization |
Q&A chooses to focus specifically on the DFW market in order to build personal relationships with our clients and candidates. In order to be the best in your area of expertise it is critical that you specialize in order to fully penetrate that arena. Firms that try to do a little bit of everything are usually not nearly as strong in the technical areas as those that focus in a specific niche. Our recruiting network of contacts in the areas we specialize in allows us to really help our clients tap into that pool of passively looking high caliber candidates. |
|
| Low Turnover |
Our industry has historically had a reputation for high turnover. According to The Haley Marketing Group in an article published in January 2005, the staffing industry experienced median turnover of 40% during 2003 & 2004. This is an area Q&A has strived to differentiate itself. We understand that clients want to work with the same recruiter they have built a relationship with year after year. We know that the tenure of our staff directly effects client satisfaction with our firm, and it significantly impacts our ability to complete effective searches with long standing clients. We are proud to announce that the Dallas Business Journal recognized Q&A as One of the Best Places to Work in Dallas - Fort Worth in 2006. |
We look forward to the opportunity to build a relationship with you as you grow your organization. |
