Salary Survey

As a value-added service to our clients, Q&A Recruiting offers a free local Salary Survey. This data is specifically compiled for the Dallas - Fort Worth area in the disciplines of accounting, finance, information technology, and human resources. The compensation represented in the survey is based on the actual starting salary and does not include any form of bonuses or stock options. In order to present a more accurate survey, the salary range excludes the top and bottom 10% of the salaries in each category. The Q&A Salary Survey is calculated through a combination of information gathered from local job searches and market input from clients and candidates.
