In 1999, Q&A Recruiting added a division to specialize in the placement of tax professionals which has since grown to become the premier tax group in the area. This service niche was started by Amy Burleson, who graduated with an Accounting degree from UT Austin. She then worked in the Dallas office of KPMG for 3 years in both audit and tax before moving to a corporate tax department. Amy is now an Associate Partner with Q&A.

She was joined in 2005 by Robyn Steward, who also graduated from UT Austin with an Accounting degree. Robyn then received her law degree and MBA with an emphasis in Tax from Texas Tech. She worked as a Federal Tax Manager for Ernst & Young in Dallas for 8 years. Their combined contacts and knowledge of the local market have earned them the reputation for providing the highest level of customer service to both their candidates and clients.

Our tax division specializes in the areas of federal and state income tax, corporate, partnership, individual, FAS 109, multi-state, sales and property tax, and international tax. The positions range from the staff level to executive level.
